ZERO WASTE ZERO WASTE is a European project, within the Erasmus + call, called “ZERO_WASTE Awareness for reduction of food waste” (ZERO-WASTE Awareness to reduce food waste). The project began in December 2020, and will end in November 2022.
One of the main objectives of the project is the development of content for the training of educators and consumers on the global problem of food waste and to generate a proactive attitude for its prevention and reduction.The main objective is to promote the social inclusion of rural areas in the field of education, using content related to the reduction of food waste. In the same way, it also aims to improve the professional development of teachers through the creation of educational gamification tools with scientific content.
